We appreciate you purchasing Limesoft Products. It gives us great pleasure to have you as a client. Here are some of our policies so that everyone is aware of how we conduct business.

PAYMENT: We now use Stripe for all of our online transactions. Because Stripe never shares your information with us and always protects it, they are our recommended choice. You are shielded by this. Debit or credit, if desired, are accepted.

PRIVACY: We always maintain the confidentiality of the information that our customers disclose to us. Your information will never be sold to another company by us. Your email address is kept on file so that we can give you updates about Limesoft. You may always choose to remove yourself from our mailing list at any time.

ARTISTIC LICENSE: Since each of our soap is unique, no two bars of soap will ever look exactly alike. Please be aware that there may occasionally be variations in our designs.

SHIPPING: We do offer worldwide shipping. Please contact us before placing an order if you would want us to ship to a different country. Only U.S. addresses are used for the calculation of shipping costs. In the event that a specific soap isn’t available, we’ll email you to ask if you have any other preferences.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS: Because of the nature of our company, once the shipment is opened, we are unable to accept returns. Please email us right away if you believe you received the incorrect order, and avoid opening the soap. We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for products that you have opened. We know you appreciate that our soap products are incredibly personal, which is why we are unable to accept returns.

ALLERGIES: We expect users of our soaps to ensure they are not allergic to any of our ingredients. Since each person has a unique type of skin, soaps should be tested just like any other product. Before applying the soap all over your arm, please try it on a tiny section of your arm for a few days if you are known to have sensitive skin.

WHOLESALE CUSTOMERS: Please get in touch with us and let us know your ideas if you want to offer our world class soaps in your establishment. Our soaps are currently being effectively sold in retailers. Your consumers will return month after month once they try our soaps since they are so distinctive.
